Ah... the lovely and soft macarons...
Much like Ez, they also intimidate me a lot. And I mean, a LOT! They're so delicate and the ingredients so different that I'm always afraid to try and bake them. These are clementine macarons and OMG how I love the flavour of a good clementine! Aren't they gorgeous? Ez made them. And according to her, it's not that impossible a task as we might think.
